Manual route adjustments became inefficient, sometimes leading to congested paths, packet loss, and latency spikes. These problems significantly impacted latency-sensitive applications crucial for our clients, including VoIP, gaming, and video conferencing services.

The Solution: Noction Intelligent Routing Platform (IRP)

To address these challenges, CRATIS implemented Noction’s Intelligent Routing Platform (IRP).
