Job description:

As a Junior Engineer in the CRATIS Support team, your task will be to install, configure, and maintain customer and network infrastructure, both for CRATIS and also for customer environments located physically in CRATIS data centers. We are currently searching for two colleagues, one in Varaždin and one in Zagreb. 

 

The position includes the following responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining Windows and Linux servers and services
  • L1 and L2 remote and on-site support for clients
  • Maintaining user network systems
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality and availability of services
  • Implementing security measures and system upgrades
  • Performing tasks with attention to customer SLA
  • Responding to incidents inside and outside of work hours according to availability schedule (on-call rotation), taking care of SLO/SLA policies
  • Addressing challenges in close cooperation with other technical teams or service/equipment providers (presales, core, etc.)
  • Implementing security policies and access control at every step of the solution implementation process
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction from a technical standpoint

  • Experience in scripting and automation is a plus
